Moveable jaw is pulled into base between 45 and 60 degrees, insuring maximum holding power and hold down force, eliminating tilting lifting.
Ratchet mechanism with notched pockets and solid drawbar in all 7-1/2 x 3 x 2-5/8″ vises.
Angular center channel provides extra jaw capacity.
Jaw can be opened and closed without unbolting from work surface.
End pockets for convenient clamping in all models except 5-7/8 x 2 x 2″ vise.
All small precision vises have ground vertical horizontal vees in moveable jaw.
The large precision vises have side slots for additional clamping options.
Sine system models bolt directly to the sine system sine plates, compound sine plates and angle plates. *) With 1/8 x 1/8″ steps in jaws, ground vees in top of jaws and 2 hold-down clamps included.
