Major Breakthrough in Trepanning

• Employing a totally new “Drag-Cut” principle, the cutter is drawn along the groove to be cut at a specific angle and perform without any vibration and without hooking.
• The cutting-edge of the patented trepanning cutter is axially parallel to the centerline of the tool, but set in back of it.
• Therefore, in the cutting process, the chips narrow down to a smaller size than the groove itself and perfect chip clearance is accomplished.
• The chips are free to leave the groove
• Good lubrication further helps the very smooth and highly effective cutting action

Sets come with body, standard tool holder, cobalt hole type cutter, pilot drill, allen wrench and special rule for quick positioning. Use optional extension toolholder to increase diameter.

Cut holes in material up to 1-3/4″ thick. Cut smooth, clean overlapping holes. Cut holes across the edge of material. Machine custom diameter discs in materials up to 3/8″ thick.
