Scotchman Manual Tube Pipe Notcher ALU

Scotchman Tube Pipe Notchers can be used everywhere gas, steam, stainless steel, non-ferrous pipes and many other types of pipe and sections need to be welded together at an angle of 90 degrees. Scotchman pipe notchers make notches for joints quickly and accurately and are ideally suited for double corner joints. Scotchman also offers a notcher for cutting out sink outflows in round and rectangular metal pipes.

The hand-operated machines can easily be mounted on a wall. The special eccentric shaft transmission and the lever system enable you to transfer considerable force with minimal effort.

Scotchman offers four Manual Notchers:

AL1 for 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4″

AL2 for 1-1/2″ and 2″

AL3 for 1-1/4″ and 1-1/2″

ALU is a vent notch; maximum wall thickness is .155″
